San Antonio police officer in the right place at the right time saves the life of a local college student. Police say the girl happened to drive past Officer German Huerta moments before she crashed and her car burst into flames. San Antonio police chief, William McManus, awarded Huerta with a certificate of merit for pulling the girl from her burning car. Huerta says instinct certainly played a role, as well as, his 8 years in the Navy. Police say they are still awaiting official toxicology results on the victim, Sara Silva, but say she will possibly face DWI charges.
