Herring, ARES Defense supports the military, law enforcement and sporting markets with innovative and technologically advanced products.
Located in Melbourne, Florida, ARES Defense is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, 3-D solid-modeling and manufacturing CAD/CAM systems, a dedicated quality control department and an experienced design and manufacturing team that is dedicated to developing and manufacturing superior products for Military and Law Enforcement personnel and responsible civilian shooters.
Notable product achievements for which multiple patents have been granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office include the Shrike 5.56™ Advanced Weapons Systems, ARES-16™ Small Arms Family and the GXR-35 Gas Piston Retrofit Kit for M16 rifles and M4 carbines.
