Atlantic Signal(formerly New Eagle International) "developed/designed/invented" the MH Series tactical headset product line. The MH Series headsets utilize mass conduction transducer(s) in place of traditional acoustical speakers for receive audio capabilities and precision Electret boom microphone's for transmit capabilities. The end-user has the benefits afforded to them by bone conduction, whereas, said end-user can maximize their local situational awareness when placing themselves in harms way and is equipped with a system offering the highest degree of clarity in transmit and receive modes. The MH Series headsets are compatible with all commonly utilized gas masks. All MH Series headsets can be utilized with the Warfighter Hearing Protectors or, alternatively, one can combine the MH180 model headset with the P.A.N.T.H.E.R. Hearing Protection System.
