The Speed Awareness Monitor from Work Area Protection is a cost-effective speed awareness display system designed and manufactured to provide years of reliable operation with minimal maintenance. This trailer features a fixed speed limit sign with changeable digits, a motorized actuator to raise and lower the display with the turn of a key, and standard striping and police lettering. The Top-mounted solar panel recharges a day's worth of battery use with only 2.5 hours of sunlight while the 4D deep-cycle battery provides over 20 days of continuous operation. The large LED lamp matrix has 20-inch characters visible from 1,100 feet.
