File Track

File Track from Brady/TISCOR is a computerized system used to record the movement of files at organizations such as courthouses, law firms and insurance companies. The software system is designed to eliminate misplaced files and improve accuracy and productivity in the office environment. To use the solution, files are labeled with individualized bar codes and the software is installed onto handheld computers. Transactions are made using the devices to scan the bar codes of files in order to identify the documents, and to enter data related to the files. With the help of convenient pick lists on the handheld devices, data entry is quick, easy and accurate. Files can be checked out to an individual; checked in by an individual; moved to a different location; and even reserved by an individual for use at a specified time and date.
