ScheduleAnywhere’s optional module improves visibility and compliance.

Fargo, N.D. - (March 6, 2019) - Atlas Business Solutions, Inc. announces the release of a manager dashboard to its online officer and staff scheduling software platform, ScheduleAnywhere. The optional manager dashboard module provides managers and supervisors easy access to the critical information required to ensure proper staffing and maintain compliance for their operation.

The manager dashboard includes specific dashlets, or mini-apps, which highlight information about scheduling situations, such as coverage alerts, expired certifications for scheduled employees or whether an employee exceeds their number of desired hours in a workweek. Each manager can select the information most relevant to them and easily drag and drop the correlating dashlets to personalize their dashboard layout.

“We’re constantly looking for ways to enhance our software and make scheduling easier for our users,” said Jon Forknell, vice president and general manager for Atlas Business Solutions, Inc. “The manager dashboard gives law enforcement administrators and managers easy access to important staffing data, such as under-scheduling or over-scheduling, or expired certifications for scheduled employees.”

With the dashboard, managers can view an up-to-date list of employees scheduled to work at any date or time. The current schedule can be compared to previous schedules to verify proper staffing across the entire organization, or by individual schedule or group of employees. Additionally, managers can instantly see all pending messages as well as schedule requests and can access the items that require their attention.

To ensure compliance, managers can subscribe to critical coverage watch calculations. This allows them to monitor specific shift coverage issues across their selected schedules. Managers will see alert notifications on their dashboard if any of those coverage watch calculations are out of range.

“The dashboard really provides an extra level of security for law enforcement facilities with compliance requirements,” said Forknell. “Also, many of our customers have multiple schedules, and they share employees and schedules between several divisions and locations. This gives them peace of mind knowing that the proper people are accurately scheduled across the entire organization.”
