National Law Enforcement Museum Announces Free Admission for Law Enforcement on Law Enforcement Appreciation Day

The National Law Enforcement Museum in Washington, D.C., is offering free admission to all active and retired law enforcement officers and their guests on January 9 for Law Enforcement Appreciation Day.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 5, 2022) – The National Law Enforcement Museum in Washington, D.C., is offering free admission to all active and retired law enforcement officers and their guests on January 9 for Law Enforcement Appreciation Day.

The Museum houses several immersive and interactive exhibits, including its latest exhibit, “Post-9/11: The Evolution of American Law Enforcement,” where visitors will be able to learn more about the significant changes to U.S. law enforcement in the aftermath of 9/11 and view objects from each of the three crash sites.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to experience the L3 Harris PatrolSim™, the only patrol driving simulator in the country not housed in a police training academy, and the InVeris Decision Making Simulator, a virtual experience showcasing the quick decisions that must be made daily by law enforcement.
