These duty batons offer super-smooth open & close operation with a rock-solid locking mechanism, making them far more stable compared to others. Thanks to their patented NEX Lock design, the batons are extremely robust, drop test rated to 6.5 feet and can still expand & retract smoothly after 3,000 impacts.
A push button in the tail unlocks the baton for easy retraction and makes operation of the NEX Batons quick and effortless. An easy flick of the wrist deploys the baton, and then simply press the button and push the end to retract. A high quality, shock-absorbing, TPE rubber handle is comfortable in the hand and ensures a no-slip grip even when sweating. The matte black surface plating is highly corrosion resistant, for years of reliable service.
