One Admin Challenge
While we think about scheduling as quite a simple task, we see that it can easily be quite daunting when all of the other logistical considerations are thrown in the mix.
All of this got me wondering what options have been exercised in other agencies, and that is the question I pose to you, the readership of Officer.com:
What does your agency do?
Quite a simple question, isn't it? I am interested to see the answers (simply post as a comment below, or email me, link below) If your agency shares cars, but has overlapping shifts, how is that managed? If you have a shortage of manpower or vehicles, how is that managed? I am interested in all inputs and appreciate any time you spend sharing the knowledge and experience.
