The Rear Anti-Collision Light System

June 4, 2018
The goal is to help reduce accidents by providing a clear message to the approaching vehicle.

Each year several hundred Law Enforcement vehicles are involved in rear end collisions. In an effort to reduce these vehicle accidents, Adamson Industries Corp. has developed the Rear Anti-Collision Light System.

Adamson's goal is to help reduce accidents by providing a clear message to the approaching vehicle.

This technology is being successfully used in Massachusetts with:

  • Salisbury Police Department
  • Essex County Sheriff Department
  • Methuen Police Department
  • Cambridge Police Department

Assembled exclusively for Adamson Industries, the Rear Anti-Collision Light System is made to provide increased safety and visibility to both police and fire vehicles. The 48-inch LED lighting strip features programming for red (stop/brake), blue (warning), and amber (directional/turn signal) and fits all vehicles.

The Rear Anti-Collision Light System is available on www.adamsonindustries.com or by calling 1-800-232-0162.

This system was designed in support of The Below 100 initiative which is to reduce officer deaths by wearing seat belts, wearing a vest, watching your speed, WIN (what’s important now) and remember complacency kills.
