Welcome to June 2023.

As I type this, I just returned from the Ohio Tactical Officers Association annual training conference in Sandusky. Held at the Kalahari Resorts, this weeklong program offers some of the best, most cutting edge training available for tactical officers (and other public safety members).

If you haven't attended, it's open to officers from all over the country. You should check it out and make plans to go. There's a one-day vendors' show that keeps growing. The schedule is busy … kind of like your job. Check it out: otoa.org.
