Welcome to February 2023!!

Having gotten through the first full month of the new year, I'd encourage you to take a look at any resolutions you made for yourself and your team. Have you taken the necessary positive actions to change/improve/increase your training evolutions? Have you started the procurement process for that new gear you intend to acquire? Have you kept on top of legal changes that might impact how your team does business? Reinvigorate your commitment to improvement. Every day is a race with the bad guys and if you're not moving ahead you are falling behind.

Stay safe. Stay frosty.
