Chief
Any chief, and for that matter any officer, anywhere who knowingly and intentionally violates the law should not only be fired, but should also be prosecuted. After 33 years of serving and protecting, I have seen my share of lazy, dishonest, criminals wearing a badge. It saddens me to know that not a single one was ever prosecuted for any of their crimes.
