What an idiot. He tried to bribe an officer with sandwiches? I'm glad the officer declined, otherwise even though you would get free lunch, I don't think it's worth the safety of the city. I guess the officer thought so too (obviously). Good work.

I wonder if he was recording while the guy offered him a sandwich, that would be hilarious to watch/hear.
