The correct name of the federal agency providing the equipment is the Department of Homeland Security"s Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DHS DNDO).

"Dosimeters"
The equipment being referenced are NOT dosimeters - they are Personal Radiological Detections devices or PRND's. They do resemble "pagers" in appearance but the prupose is to detect radiation where as a dosimeter measures the amount of radiation exposure an individual receives and is a cumulative measure.
