Hole in the ceiling??? What kind of jail has holes in the ceiling ? Then escaping via toilet paper!!! I can hear the mission impossible music now.

Inmate Escapes
This guy must know Bucky Phillips. Bucky escaped out of a county jail with a an opener in the kitchen of the jail. These guys are smarter than some of the guards, not good. I think the smaller jails need to update their security. Glad they caught him and put his a_s back in jail.
