I just wanted to say I appreciate the way Officer.com has stepped up and addressed the negative and deragatory comments on their site. I feel they are doing a good job with screening and the site is much more friendly to visit now.

Accidently marked your comment as inappropriate Tom....Didn't mean to do that but I totally disagree with the Officer.com's handling of the Sjanc(sp?) situation.

What we have now is total sensorship....some of my coments never make it on the board....doubt this one will either.....not because they are rude or inappropriate but because they don't tow the party line. If they do make it on the board its days after the fact. Its difficult to discuss an issue when you have days of lag time between comments.

I'm a cop ....I post under the same screen name at policeone.com. I used to get both magazines....several years ago I canceled my police mag subscription because it just seemed like filled up pages. I can't wait to get each issue of Law Officer. I am disapointed with how they dealt with Sjanc.....big dogs don't care much about little dogs so I was surprised to see this sensorship reaction.

Why not just make it LEO only? Why the thin skinned sensorship?
