Well done, Judge! Finally nice to see justice in the Court.

I am an officer that was spit on and our county attorney did not even prosucute the charge. he lowered it because he did not think it was worthy of taking to court. I am glad to see that there are judges will make people pay for try to spred a disease.

That's why most people could never be cops. They wouldn't be able to stand being spit on all the time.

BRAVO judge and the DA that followed through. the way things should be.

Kudo's to the prosecutor and judge for seeing this case through and ensuing some justice is done. I don't know how the officer reacted when the incident occurred, but I know if it had been me, I'd probably be the one sitting in jail right now. Again, great job for standing up to this scum and serving some justice. Maybe he'll get a mouth full during one of his days in prison.
