Florida Murder Suspect Says he Made the Whole Thing Up

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. --

A Daytona Beach man charged with stealing a van, and who told police that he had possibly killed a friend, now says he made the whole thing up.

On Saturday, Kenneth Tilley was arrested in Clay County after he was found sleeping in the stolen van. Tilley told officials that he had beaten Brenda Horn and left her body behind a convenience store in Putnam County.

Now Tilley says it's not true, but authorities say Horn is still missing.
