What a piece of trash. He should be in prison for his past criminal offenses. If he would have been given what he deserved then Officer Soto would be alive today. May God be with his family.

God bless the families of the Officers. May the suspect rot in prison awaiting the needle!

what was Soto doing @ 1:30am with a woman, not his wife. Why was he wearing gear if he was not on duty? How do the state know what happened was they there? Did J-rock really kill two people ex-stlye, did the police kill their own and do not want to work hard or even snitch.
