A Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officer was hurt Wednesday night during an arrest.
Investigators said the officer arrested a man looking into parked cars near Carolinas Medical Center's main campus.
Police had to use a Taser on the suspect at Kenilworth Avenue and Romany Road. The officer sustained injuries to his face and knees. Doctors performed a CAT scan on the officer. His condition was not immediately available Wednesday night.
Eyewitness News could not obtain the identities of either the suspect or the officer.
