What an incredible exponent of the Big Brother system with justifications of the goodness of this technology on every line of this column.

We are re-entering the period begun by Caeser 2000 years ago in his command for a Census. Our increasingly complex numbering will connect to finger prints and is the start of .. the Great Tribulation.

The Doctor is deeply committed and sold-out to the new system - fast coming upon the earth for perfect and complete Control of every living being in the decades to come.

Everything humanly possible will be known by the Global Government Controllers! However to achieve this ultimate end -- justification at every turn of the screw is essential.
This is where the Doctor is extremely useful in the grand plan - on a scale - we are like ants - too busy and too insignificant to contemplate or consider what awaits .

I think this is a great way to more effectively identify both petty and serious criminals. Now if you stop somebody and you know there is more to their story, instead of finding some elaborate reason to take them back to the station and run their prints, all you have to do is use out ������������RapID������������. However I think it will be a while before we see these devices in the mainstream because of civil liberties issues, but it sounds like it will work out great in the long run.
