And people wonder why I yell at them when they catch me off guard in my cruiser, rolling target/coffin

Officer, don't stop yelling. Some people "don't think"

What an upsetting story.
Officer Cook, RIP.

Why are these guys still alive? The only usefulness they have left on this earth is fertilizing a tree from the bottom. May their trial be speedy so they can get there soon.

And some people say ...
And some people have the idiocy to claim that easy access to firearms endangers the police! Here we have a policeman who was murdered specifically _because_ it was difficult for criminals to get a gun any other way.

"All Comments-Officer Cook"
All of you make up a good point, it's sickening to me to realize that they need to loot a store to get money to get another gun, why would you need the gun in the first place, i hope they go to prison with them and their BIG MOUTH'S, speaking that they would be loved in their. They deserve to suffer a life of inprisonment, not a quick and easy death.

"Your own comment box"
R.I.P. to a fallen brother, i just thought you deserved your own box to show my sorrows of your tragic death. My condolences to the fallen officers family and friends plus co-workers.

death to them all!
This is why state death penalties should never be abolished! Sorry Drake, I believe these cowards are afraid of dying as much as any one else. Giving them life still allows them to breath, eat and communicate with others. Don't waste our time, put them to death. The only problem with this though is the length of time to go through all the appeal processes and the cost to the tax payers for it. One trial, one appeal, one month and one more dead off of death row.

Very Sad
There is a lot I could comment on with the others, but does it really matter at this point.

It's still a loss of an officer. My prayers go out to the friends and family of Officer Cook. May God help all of you throught this. R.I.P. Officer Cook
