I met Dave because of a severe lapse in judgement on my husband's part in Atkin County. I spoke to him many times concerning his case. I was trying to help get my husband a break in his sentencing partly due to my cancer treatments. Dave was so kind, more than fair
with his plea offer. This transpired alittle more than a week before his death. I shook his hand and thanked him that day and he sincerly wished me the best with my health in the future. I am HONORED to have met him.
