HAHNVILLE, La. --

St. Charles Parish deputies said Thursday that one man killed two people in the parish and is on the run.

Detectives said tips to CrimeStoppers helped them to identify Donald Harris, Jr., as the man who killed 70-year-old Hilda Warren in her St. Rose home during a botched robbery in August 2007.

Community members, including Sheriff Greg Champagne, contributed money to a CrimeStoppers reward to find her killer.

Harris is also the prime suspect in the murder of Dishawn Davis earlier this month.

Detectives said Harris is considered armed and dangerous.

If you can help police find him, you're asked to call CrimeStoppers at 504-822-1111. You never have to give your name and you could get a cash reward.
