Hello,
I have a work of fiction in which a person's head is caved in, from behind, with the round base of a heavy statue. In the story there is no blood from the injury and the victim dies. Is this realistic?

Thank you very much for your time.

blunt force trauma vs cardiac arrest
My son was in a fight which caused him to fall to the ground and hit his head. The coronor as has listed blunt force trauma on the death certificate but the hospital of treatment has cardiac arrest on his records after him being given a double dose of some kind of sedative. He was supposedly awake and combative. Does this type of trauma cause cardiac arrest?

Blunt force trauma
My wife's grandmother died from a head injury. We were told by her granddaughter that she fell but she didn't actually witness the fall. Her brain was moved 1.2 cm from the impact and she never regained consciousness and later died from brain damage. Can a simple fall produce that kind of blunt force trauma?
