Change the title of this article
"Border Patrol Also Guards Against Foreign Bugs"... NO, we do not. Agricultural Specialists do, they are a different entity within the Customs and Border Protection umbrella, who work with the (CBP) Customs Officers at legal Ports of Entry into the United States... they are not Border Patrol, nor are they Agents. Different title, different job function.

OKAY OKAY BPA !!! dont get all worked up we figured out by reading the article and common sense that the average BPA is not looking for bugs on a ship.

He didn't sound worked up to me. He was simply noting that the article contained some misleading information.
