Big City Chiefs Back Anti-Terror Citizen Watch

I find it interesting that when Pres Bush proposed this type of program liberal and democrats were up in arms about its implementation, now that the democrats are in power they putting the program into practice. I suspect it will help keep those dangerous veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan from destroying the country.
