Man Walked Into Grocery Store With Mom's Severed Head on Mother's Day

Police have named the suspect in the gruesome case of a man they say entered a grocery store while carrying a severed head before allegedly stabbing a cashier seven times. Police arrested 36-year-old Josh Webb and charged him with murder and attempted murder after the horrific scene unfolded at the Estacada Thriftway outside Portland. In a 911 call, the caller reported a male had entered the store, soaked in blood and holding a knife and what looked like a human head.
