Body Camera Captures Officer Stop Man From Jumping Off Balcony

Police body cam video shows an officer save a man from possibly jumping to his death. The Hamden Police Department in Connecticut says Officer Justin Martin was responding to a call of a combative resident at a retirement community. While he was meeting with staff members and an elderly male resident, he says the man took off running to higher floors. Officer Martin gave chase and caught up with him just in time.
