For the second time in two days, responders in New York City rescued a person who they say ignored warning signs and ventured onto one of Central Park's frozen waterways.

For the second time in two days, emergency responders in New York City rescued a person who they say ignored warning signs and ventured onto one of Central Park's frozen waterways. In video provided by NYPD, a victim later ID'd as a 16-year-old boy who was in the park alone is seen being pulled from a frozen lake. Witnesses told reporters that moments prior, the boy was dancing on the ice while taking video.
