Deputies Ordered Not to Rush Into Parkland Shooting Scene

As responding deputies were arriving to the scene to search for the active shooter in the Parkland massacre, a commanding officer apparently prematurely ordered some responders to stage and set up perimeter outside instead of rushing in and neutralizing the shooter.
