Climate Control - WX Tide

Wiley X added the new WX Tide to its popular Climate Control series for 2015, designed to give tactical wearers, shooting sports enthusiasts, fishermen — and essentially anyone with an active lifestyle — a bold new choice when it comes to sharp vision and state-of-the-art vision protection.  With a range of available frame/lens options, wearers can find a new WX Tide model that delivers the ideal combination of style, visual acuity and serious tactical-grade protection for their activities and lifestyle.

Like all Wiley X Climate Control models, the new WX Tide features the company’s patented, removable, soft-foam Facial Cavity Seal.  This exclusive design blocks out wind and dust, and prevents reflected light entering from the sides, above and below.  Climate Control glasses create a comfortable, controlled environment for the wearer’s eyes, resulting in undistracted vision and improved visual performance on the water, in the backwoods, or in any tactical situation. For times and situations where this additional protection is not needed, the Facial Cavity™ Seal can easily be removed and stored in the provided carrying case.

For high-glare environments (such as fishing, hunting near water and driving), Wiley X offers two WX Tide models that feature the company’s advanced Filter 8 polarized lens technology.  WX Tide Model #CCTID09 combines a Gloss Black frame with Wiley X’s Polarized Blue Mirror lenses, while Model #CCTID04 pairs striking Gold Mirror Lenses with a Matte Hickory Brown frame.
