NowForce, a developer of cutting-edge emergency response solutions, has announced its newest offering, NowForce Law Enforcement. 

NowForce’s law enforcement solution provides agencies with enhanced situational awareness of their resources and developing incidents, real-time incident management and resource optimization from any device, and the ability to minimize response times by sending the closest available and relevant officers.

With NowForce Law Enforcement, both headquarters and personnel in the field have access to a geographical action map that has tips and information feeding into it in real-time. With blue-force tracking via officers’ smartphones or GPS trackers, the solution allows for auto-dispatching, status updates, video streaming and reports, both from the field to dispatch and vice versa. When extra personnel are needed during crisis situations, the system enables agencies to reach off-duty officers without compromising their privacy.

Furthermore, the solution also provides responding officers with critical data via a smartphone app, such as type of incident and priority level, location of incident and nearby points of interest, location of other officers and resources, navigation, field reporting, a one-swipe “man down” button, and a chat feature.

NowForce also offers a suite of personal safety apps, so that agencies can provide their constituents with a direct way to report distress situations, emergencies and anonymous tips into the local 911 or command center. These alerts automatically open a new incident in the agency’s dispatch system that shows the caller’s location.
