LaserSoft SpeedCapture App

Laser Technology Inc., (LTI) announces the release of an updated LaserSoft SpeedCapture App for Android operating systems. SpeedCapture is used in conjunction with the TruSpeed Sxb Bluetooth laser, allowing for photo evidence collection at a price that any department can afford. Officers can use the Sxb/SpeedCapture enforcement system to collect indisputable proof of distracted driving, seatbelt, HOV lane and speeding violations. Enforcement records can be automatically uploaded to a secure server or downloaded to any work station, eliminating the possibility of the officer’s smartphone to be confiscated for evidence purposes. Among the new features of SpeedCapture is the ability to use the phone’s GPS to automatically drop a pin that indicates current location, with the option to drag the pin to a more precise location. SpeedCapture now makes group enforcement more efficient with its 2-button press process to text the image to the group of officers down the road.
