LaserLyte worked closely with engineers at Smith & Wesson to come up with the UTA-SH pistol laser designed especially for use with Smith & Wesson's new M&P Shield pistols. The LaserLyte UTA-SH laser for the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield mounts easily and quickly on the M&P Shield trigger guard and snugs-up securely to the dust cover. It’s simple to activate with the ambidextrous, ergonomic switch. The LaserLyte UTA-SH laser is easily programmable to either constant on or pulse mode. Another great function is the “auto-off” feature that displays a unique flash after 5 minutes of operation and automatically turns the unit off after 6 minutes. In actual usage the battery life lasts 10 hours in constant on and 20 hours in pulse mode. Made of 30-percent glass filled nylon and steel mounting hardware.
