The Model 700TC32 - Dual restraint set up for transport or court room situations. The Model 700TC32 incorporates a Model 700 Handcuff connected to a Model 703 Leg Iron with a 32 inch chain. Also available in with High Security locks. Can be special ordered with custom chain lengths to meet department or agency requirements.
