SafePace School Zone System

The Traffic Logix school zone system is designed to protect children around schools by reducing the speed of passing cars during school times. A study done by Safe Kids USA reported that 1 in 6 drivers in school zones is distracted while driving. The interactive “your speed” radar sign notifies motorists of their speeds while the regulatory sign alerts them to the school speed limit when the beacons are flashing. The flashing beacons alert drivers to the lower speed limit while the Your Speed sign can warn drivers who are exceeding the speed limit by flashing the LED numbers or optional strobe.
