    TAPCO (Traffic and Parking Control Co., Inc.) produces Stop/Slow or Stop/Stop traffic paddles designed to greatly improve officer safety while controlling traffic flow in emergency situations. With the installation of 8 high intensity LEDs these and MUTCD-approved paddles are visible at up to two miles. Powered by three rechargeable AA batteries, these weather resistant paddles will stay charged for 12 to 14 hours of continuous operation. They also work very well in dangerous crosswalks and busy school zones. Easily stored in the squad’s trunk, these paddles are supplied with both AC and DC chargers and are available in 18 inch or 24 inch variations and are sheeted with either DG3 or HIP from 3M. With this recent addition of these BlinkerPaddles, TAPCO offers a complete line of solar, battery and 110V powered BlinkerSigns for all applications.
