VisiOps, from TriTech Software Systems and 4Qtrs, is the integration of TriTech’s VisiNet solutions with 4Qtrs’ Web-based applications, provides a solution addressing all facets of Command and Control operations, administration and management on a web-enabled platform. VisiNet Operations Management (VisiOps) is a next generation web-based portal that provides public safety agencies (law, fire and EMS) with an easy-to-use modular platform to manage organizational teams and groups, collaborate amongst members, communicate with stakeholders; along with a center for monitoring performance, organizing departmental documentation, procedures, and policies. VisiOps brings information from multiple systems together in a single, easy-to-use environment that provides situational awareness and effectiveness to users. The software aggregates and integrates information from VisiNet Command and other data sources as well as third party systems. Founded on robust SharePoint technology, this solution provides the sharing of real-time CAD information between dispatch centers, administrators, first responders, and the public.
