IRES Technology's Pentaplex DVR employs a high-profile hybrid engine to deliver the effect of H.264 compression without any compromise on features, functions or performance. The product is easy to operate via the included USB mouse or remote control and has crystal clear picture quality, both over the network and during playback. The multi-function DVR offers a host of features to ensure maximum reliability, such as built-in hardware watchdog, multi-level password protection and e-mail notification upon alarm. Video file backup can be achieved via USB key or DVD Burner option. System navigation is made simple using a full colored GUI interface. Remote monitoring software is also included for live viewing, playback and system configuration from any web browser. The IRES Pentaplex DVR is available in 4-channel, 8-channel and 16-channels versions with real-time recording.
