MotoCam 360, has introduced another rugged digital video recording system to the law enforcement market, the Shockbox digital video personal recording system. Shockbox records audio/video at 720 pixels by 480 pixles at 30 fps and can store it on a 16GB mini-SD card, which can later be downloaded to department computers via USB. The package can be configured to power directly from the vehicle with a RAM mounted Sony bullet camera, or can be ordered with 10 hours of rechargeable internal power and a flexible urethane helmet mount for body applications like S.W.A.T or firing range training. The Shockbox camera system mounts directly to any type of motorcycle or helmet on the market. It is waterproof, rugged, portable, wired remote controlled, and provides a color LCD viewing screen for camera alignment and video evidence review in the field.
