Kimber's Tactical Custom HD II and the Tactical Entry II differ from the original Tactical pistols with stainless steel frames and the Tactical Entry II has the integral Kimber Tactical Rail for flashlight and accessory mounting. The Tactical family of pistols is no-compromise, purpose-built pistols that leave nothing out, with features oriented towards law enforcement use. Night sights for low light conditions, checkering under the trigger guard and on the front strap for a positive grip, extended magazine well for fast reloads, ambidextrous safety for strong or weak hand shooting and gray KimPro II on the frame for a contrasting two-tone look. Of course the Tactical pistols have the standard Kimber features; match grade chamber, trigger, bushing and barrel, extended beavertail safety, full-length guide rod and extended magazine release.
