eBridge Solutions 4.0

Able to scan, store and retrieve documents, eBridge Solutions 4.0, from eBridge Solutions, allows law enforcement to use any computer with Internet access. Documents are scanned in and labeled using up to seven unique index values that are defined by the business. Users can retrieve documents using those index values or search by keyword (like name, address and case or incident number). Files are stored indefinitely on eBridge Solutions’ network. New features in 4.0 include a new automatic scanner detector, enhanced TIFF viewer, improved optical character recognition (OCR) and even greater data encryption. eBridge Solutions can help law enforcement, fire, rescue and safety personnel access important files remotely using the Internet any time, link multiple locations by having one centralized file cabinet, better organize documents, increasing staff productivity and efficiency, save money on paper, ink and office supplies, eliminate the need for files and file cabinets and off-site storage and improve compliance with record retention regulations.
