The Elite Waterproof Breathable Parka from Woolrich Tactical Series is made of nylon ripstop fabric with a waterproof, breathable membrane and 260T nylon taffeta liner. In addition, it features: a detachable hood for convenience; double storm flap with hidden security pockets and rain gutter; large patch pockets with side hand warmer access (flaps can be tucked inside to create a convenient dump pocket); and a two-way side seam zipper for under arm ventilation and easy access to gear worn at the waist.
