The Jersey Cuff, by the Jersey Tactical Corp., was designed and improved by operators who are currently using flex-restraints in the field. The Jersey Cuff features a self leveling ring for adjustment that almost eliminates the problem of over tightening the restraint and cutting off circulation and a single "pull tab" instead of multiple, this allows the operator to secure both hands with one pull. Its non slip hand grip prevents the operator from losing their grip when their hands are wet, muddy, cold or they are wearing gloves. The cuffs are easily disassembled and reattached in multiple configurations to fit any need during emergency situations. The cuffs also allow the operator to secure two Jersey Cuffs together to form leg restraints or prisoner transport belt. A locking system that offers more resistance to help lower the potential of over tightening the Jersey Cuff reduces the potential of injury and civil liability to the user/employer. The Jersey Cuff also features a stainless steel locking device and is built of a high strength, UV stabilized material.
