Aimpoint announced the introduction of two optical filters designed to fit the company’s 30mm electronic sight products. These filters enhance the performance of Aimpoint red-dot sights by reducing solar reflection and glare on sunny days, and increasing optical contrast in poor light. Both of these filters will fit all new and existing full-size Aimpoint sights including the 9000 series, all Comp series sights and all generations of the US Military’s M68 Close Combat Optic also manufactured by Aimpoint. These filters may be mounted and removed instantly without the use of tools, and are extremely small and lightweight.
