Instead of ordering items, receiving them in the mail, then sending them out for embellishment, users can have their orders fulfilled all in one place through 5.11's new Custom Shop by contacting their local 5.11 Dealer. The Custom Shop gives end-users a finished product that's ready to wear right out of the box. 5.11's Custom Shop offers expert customer service, custom embroidery, heat press, screen-printing and alterations. If precision alterations are needed on clothing, hats, vests, uniforms, outerwear, backpacks, bags and other gear, the Custom Shop welcomes those  requests. 5.11 is able to do everything from hemming, sleeve adjustments, stripes, patches and badge tabs, to adding mic tabs, epaulets, zippers and pockets.
