The Meridan jacket, by Elbeco, features drop-down I.D. panels for "POLICE," "SHERIFF," SECURITY" or "FIRE." The jacket's havey duty two-ply nylong provids breathable protection from the elements with a fully insulated zip-out Thinsulate liner able to transform the jacket from winter weight to a windbreaker. The sleeves have a zip off option for additional weather customization. The snap-on lined hood and double layer shoulder system proves extra weather shield. Other features include a telescopic sleeve providing 360 degree arm movement, adjustable cuffs for a custom fit at the wrist and side zipper vents and pencil slot for equipment access.
