Martel's MDE2 mobile video system has been in service with the US Military for years, and has a server in Iraq. Tough, small and totally solid, MDE2 records HD video onto a secure digital memory card.
The unit is able to withstand an 11G shock or IED explosion. The advanced MDE2 doesn't use button touch; it is controlled by a touchscreen interface. The 2.4Ghz digital wireless microphone system has 40 digital channels ensures up to 40 video systems can operate in close proximity without interference.
